Norwalk Guide to Single-Stream Recycling

Norwalk has updated the list of what belongs in the blue recycling bin and what does not.

All items should be empty, rinsed and clean. 

Please do not box, bag, or bundle items.

ALL ITEMS MUST BE PLACED IN THE BLUE BIN - ITEMS NOT PLACE IN THE BLUE BIN WILL NOT BE COLLECTED. 

Blue Recycling Toter or Bin should NOT be painted black or other colors and used as garbage cans. 

These blue toters or bins are for curbside recycling only and are the property of the City of Norwalk.
