Fire Headquarters

The new fire station at 121 Connecticut Ave was commissioned in October 2013.

The completion of 9 years of work to develop this project into this finished product has been exceptionally rewarding to everyone who has participated and contributed time, talent and funding.

While the building is intended to serve for generations protecting the community we want to take this opportunity to thank all the design, engineering, consulting and construction professionals who individually and collectively worked so hard to get this concept translated into a facility that we are so proud of. Future generations may not know them but the skill and hard work of the team that designed the building will last for years.
