Fiscal Services Division

Fiscal Services is responsible for managing the Norwalk Police Department's $19-million dollar budget, as well as overseeing purchasing, payroll, and operations of the Extra Work Office.

The department's payroll system is tied into City Hall, allowing staff to enter payroll records at headquarters and forward the information directly to the system at City Hall.
