This is a Coastal Area Management application for 2 Channel Avenue. The applicant proposes to raise an existing single family residence and construct a new second story addition, side porch, and rear deck to be flood compliant. The structure will be raised on piers, with parking and storage below, and the first floor will be at an 16.3' elevation. A modified driveway, site grading, and drainage improvements are also proposed.
