This is a Coastal Area Management application for 289 East Avenue. The applicant proposes to construct a new single-family residence to be made flood compliant with flood vents. The structure will include an integral garage, porch, and deck. A new driveway (partially in Shorelands) and storm water improvements are also proposed.
