This is a Coastal Area Management application for 86 Bluff Avenue. The applicant proposes to demolish an existing and build a new single-family residence to be made flood compliant. The structure will be built on piers with breakaway walls. A vegetated tidal wetland buffer, pool, and storm water improvements are also proposed.
