This is a modification to a special permit to legalize an additional unit within one of the existing buildings. There are two existing building on the sites between Pulaski Street and Sniffen Street. There was a special permit acquired in 1997 for 15 units within two buildings. The applicant recently applied and was approved for a variance to reduce the minimum lot area per dwelling unit from 1650 SF to 384 SF to add (1) dwelling unit. The Zoning Board of Appeals commission added two conditions to create two workforce housing apartments and add additional recreation area. There is no change to the building footprints.
