The Apparatus Maintenance Division (Mechanics Division) is located at:
100 Fairfield Ave.
Norwalk, CT 06854

The facility is the former home of a transit bus company and now houses our division.

Services

The Apparatus Maintenance Division's two full-time mechanics and one part-time mechanic assist the Fire and Police departments by:
  • Filling oxygen cylinders
  • Housing repair tools and equipment
  • Maintaining and repairing the Fire Department's vehicle fleet
  • Storing reserve apparatus
