LEARN-TO-SWIM Program 

CHILDREN MUST BE 5 YEARS OF AGE ON THE FIRST DAY OF CLASS TO PARTICIPATE.  NO EXCEPTION!!!!
Participants may register for only ONE class (weekday or weekend) and one-time slot per session.
Participants must register for the level they are currently in at the time of registration. If the swimmer is promoted to the next level the information will be posted on the current month's daily sheet. If your child is not currently in the program please contact the office to confirm the child's level.
Upper levels (2, 3, 4, and Rec Swim Team) require a pre-requisite to register. If your child does not have the required pre-requisite you may not register them for that particular level. Please contact the office with any pre-requisite questions.
Registration will remain open until the class and /or session is full. If a class is full you may place your child on a waitlist.
NO registration will be accepted without payment.
  

Payment Information - Payment must be made by Credit Card, check (payable to the City of Norwalk (include driver's license number on the check), or money order.  
 
Policies & Program Information

Information may differ from program to program, including fee payments and registration dates, so please read each program description carefully. In general, regulations concerning program registration are as follows:
A late fee of $10 will be charged to all participants registering the day the program starts or after the start of the program. Late registrants (anyone registering after the starting date of the program) may only register at the Recreation and Parks Office. No refunds or credits will be granted unless the participant has a doctor's note or Recreation and Parks cancels the program.
