Responsibilities
The Customer Service Center is a city asset. The Customer Service Center:
- Answers questions
- Initiates service requests to all city departments in response to complaints or concerns, and provides a means for followup to those service requests
- Click & Request City Services
- Provides information
- Receives and records complaints and concerns
